Admission Enquiry Instructions
Read all the following instructions carefully before you fill out this form.
- For admission to Nursery, the child must be at least 3 years old.
- A child’s Aadhar card and Birth Certificate is compulsory, at the time of admission confirmation.
Parents kindly bring the following documents:
- Birth Certificate of Child
- Aadhar Card of Child
- Two recent passport-size photographs of the child.
